1. Kismet – Wireless Sniffing, Hacking &Monitoring.
Thanks to my friend, Syed Amir Azhar, the one who let me his notes and tools to learn wireless hacking when I’m ITP training, he teach me how to use Kismet to the max. Kismet is a passive tools to sniff around AP wireless without being detected and a comprehensive open source tools to see viewable/non-vieabale AP Access. 2. NMAP 4.53 – ZenNMAP
If you followed my research and works., I use NMAP as my tools during my ITP training to do security assessment on wireless broadband. NMAP has come out with new version much more compatible with XP and Vista. Previously, the issues with XP network driver and shell, XP doesn’t allowed user to send/create raw packet which using certain protocol selected by XP. It also happen to Vista. Vista is much more complicated with higher security features. So, Fyodor has come out with new version NMAP with much more stability in usage.

3. Reveal Wireless Encryption Key.
As part work of Kismet, this tools, WirelessKeyView by NirSoft, has and unique ability to sniff in certain wireless AP and getting the access encryption key from it.
